Chris and Hahn are privileged to serve Santa Clara, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties providing real estate services to sellers and buyers to maximize the net benefit to their bottomline, home ownership and lifestyle of their clients. Besides being property owners and landlords in the Silicon Valley since 1993, they enjoy community outreach and fellowship with friends via the Santa Clara Community Center and Pismo Beach Athletic Club as well as through church, education and other local organizations. As a married couple and business partners since 1989, they have been dedicated to serving others through their real estate business since 2003. They have two beautiful and talented daughters as well who are also learning the value of dedication, service and hard word in their own work and life pursuits. The Shols family pride themselves in their attitude, honesty, and commitment to excellence in their work as well as their daily lives. Although the family is spread out now between Pismo Beach, Sunnyvale and Dallas, they all love living to the fullest and enjoy making new friends wherever they go.

Chris was born in San Francisco and raised in Chico, California. Prior to his involvement in real estate, he pursued his career in sales, applications engineering and program execution; primarily as a liaison (advisor) in business and resource development in the Silicon design technology sector after graduating from Duke in Chemistry and Ohio State University with his Masters in Chemical Engineering. Having grown up in a small town environment, Chris developed a strong sense of community and service; his earlier milestones including becoming an Eagle Scout and working at the local hospital as a nursing assistant on a psyche ward prior to going off to college. Later in his career, Chris had an opportunity to co-found fabless Semiconductor company and experience Silicon Valley entrepreneurship. He enjoys social dancing, concerts and outings with his wife while keeping a watchful eye over local students with whom he has successfully launched mentorship and project initiatives.

Hahn was born and raised in Vietnam. She escaped from Vietnam to the United States in 1975. It was a blessing that she, her parents, two brothers and three sisters made it on the last flight out of Saigon before the airport was bombed. She and her family were sponsored and lived in Asheville, North Carolina. After high school Hahn went to college in Berea, Kentucky to study nursing. Upon visiting San Jose during a summer vacation, she fell in love with the weather and the people; so she decided to stay. Hahn went on to attend Andon College for her CMA (certified medical assistant) degree and worked in the medical field for 8 years prior to founding her first family business with Chris. Having worked since she was 8 years old in the local business market in her home town of Long An, Hahn is known by her reputation for hard work, commitment, follow-through, incredible street smarts, ability to relate to others and her wonderful sense of humor. She is the consummate negotiator as well. She enjoys exercise and aerobics classes like Zumba, spending time building her real estate business with Chris, enjoying friends and family, as well as sharing her food, art and craft creations with others.

Whether working or playing hard, the Shols family rarely experience a dull moment.
